This week, as part of our learning on light, Year 6 have been making periscopes in Science. This fun, hands-on activity really helped us develop our understanding of the principles of light, particularly the concepts of angle of incidence and angle of reflection, to help us see around corners. 

To make the most of this learning, I encourage you to chat with your child about what we have been doing at home. Ask them what they discovered about light and angles – they love sharing what they’ve learned!
