Henry Moore Artwork

Year 6 have been studying the powerful wartime artwork of Henry Moore, focusing on his iconic WW2 shelter drawings. Inspired by his style, the children have recreated their own versions using wax resist techniques.

They explored how Moore captured the atmosphere and emotion of life in the shelters during the Blitz, and brought this to life through their own expressive pieces.
